It’s Not About Me

As a local Realtor, I want my community and people to know that my business isn’t about me. It may be my name, branding, values, and integrity that I am putting out there, but my business is all about YOU. My purpose is to help you, guide you, advise you, protect you, and then represent your best interest in the process.

If you have ever bought or sold a home, you know it’s one of your biggest financial investments. I want to help you make sure you feel that it’s the best investment for you at that time. You will also know that buying and selling a home is so much more than just a financial transaction – it can be stressful, emotional, exhausting, and overwhelming. It’s important to have a relationship with a local expert that you can trust with such a big investment and emotional journey.

My business is not about the number of transactions I have in a year – it is all about relationship – it’s about caring about others, helping others, and serving others in one of the most important and biggest decisions they will make.

My most meaningful moments have been helping someone going through a divorce and wanting to provide a safe and consistent home for his little girl, or the excited first time home buyer, or the couple starting their lives together for the first time, or the single mom who can finally afford a home for her and her kids on her own, or the multi generation family looking for a multi home property with lots of space for peace and chickens, or the empty nesters saying goodbye to the home they raised their family in and finding a new one that fits their needs, or the single mama who lost her husband and found the home they always dreamed about together and a place for her and her kids to create new memories and joy, and saying goodbye to the home where their first memories were created It’s not just about the homes – it’s about the people.

That means that my advice is to not get the “sell”…keep your home that you asked me to sell as an investment for your future as a long-term rental because you can. Or telling an heir to a property on its way to foreclosure, that the offer they received from an investor is better than investing the time and money to go on the market and not getting more. Or helping a young woman get the most out of her inherited property off market so she can start over fresh. It’s about what is in the best interest for you in that particular situation.

My purpose is to help and serve others and leave them better off than before. It’s to use my experience, knowledge, compassion, honesty, and story to help you move forward in your journey – whether with selling a home, buying a home, or just holding your hand through all of it. It’s not just a transaction – it’s a connection.

It is about relationships. It is about you.

It’s not about me.
