SESSION INFO

I am certified in both NLP and breathwork, and my sessions can be virtual or in person. We will begin our breathwork session with an intro and then move into a full breathwork session of 60-90 minutes.

Please wear comfortable clothes, be prepared to lie down on the floor, mat, or blanket, and feel free to have an extra blanket close by. I truly love this work and am committed to guiding you through powerful transformations.
