Real estate isn’t really about transactions. It’s about people - and every person’s situation is different.
I am working with a couple who own two homes. Financially, neither home is in the ideal position to sell right now. But they also just had a baby, and they need to figure out how to live in one home and make their lives work a little better.
That’s not a simple “put one on the market” conversation.
It takes listening. Asking the right questions. Looking at the data, the local market, their finances, and their long-term goals - and then laying out the options so they can make an informed decision.
Sometimes the best real estate advice isn’t “sell.”
Sometimes it’s figuring out what makes the most sense for your quality of life today and your financial future tomorrow.
That’s the part of real estate I love- helping people navigate their unique, real-life situations and move forward with confidence.
It’s not about me. It’s about what’s best for them.
