I’ve had migraines since I was 4 years old. I’ve learned to live and manage with them throughout my life. This summer I had a new kind of migraine…every single day. I’ve spent my summer downing ibuprofen, excedrin migraine, getting a full body MRI (it’s not a tumor!), and focusing on holistic care through massage therapy at my favorite place, and a new and amazing chiropractor in Buda.
Plus the tried and tried still stand…a heating pad, a cool cap, deep blue, and a dark room.
